Looking to relax in a healthy environment with like minded people? Join us for an incredible summer retreat full of abundant tropical fruit and health promoting SOS free raw vegan meals from Friday June 28th - Monday July 1st 2024 at the luxurious, 40 acre Chozen retreat in Sebastian, Florida. Whether you are fully raw or simply striving toward it, we have a bounty of fresh organic options you will love!
Unwind with morning yoga, meditation and breath work classes, private hourly massages, or spend time journaling in the hammock forest.
Get Pumped with daily workouts led by none other than Dr. Doug Graham and enjoy the infrared sauna or cold plunge daily.
Have fun outdoors with our bounty of options! Pick fresh tropical fruits daily on property, kayak down the local river, and experience the saltwater hot tub and saltwater pool. Hit the beach for a surf lesson, participate in tai chi, mock-tail dance parties, nightly bonfires, speed dating and more!

* Child care will be provided daily from 10 am-12 pm, 2-6pm and 7:30-9:30 pm. Waldorf activities and raw vegan snacks will be provided!

Friday
11:00am-1:00pm Guests check in at the harvest house (Where you will be greeted with fresh fruit and juice bar as well as some other raw treats and welcome bags)
1:30pm Welcome circle (Get to know each other and the property)
2:00pm Forest bathing fruit exploration hike (pick fresh organic fruit on property on a guided tour)
3:00pm Unpack and get settled in your rooms
4:00pm Enjoy a talk from Doug Graham on a beginners guide to 80/10/10 and why we shouldn't eat salt and oil in our diet. ( Fruit will be provided during the talk)
5:00pm Yard games outside the harvest house or Sound healing meditation with Alyse
6:00pm Dinner: Salad bar with your choice of dressings, raw lasagna, raw burgers, followed by a banana ice cream bar and fruit.
7:30pm A round table talk by all of our speakers outside the harvest house ( Go table to table asking questions, getting to know your speakers and hear short talks or food demos!)
8:30pm Gather around the fire pit for live guitar (Choose to schedule a one on one session with one of our speakers)

11:00am A talk on the power of water fasting or a Cellulite Removal workshop by Marina
12:00pm Lunch: Salad bar with your choice of dressings, pizza bar , and fresh fruit
1:30pm Talk by Lisa Wong (Listen to your inner doctor) or Speed dating
2:30pm Kayaking or a talk by Niki Starr on her 96lbs weight loss journey with raw foods
4:00 Chair massages or a talk by Juicing Jules (Food addiction and how to break bad habits through a raw vegan diet)
6:00pm Dinner: Salad bar with your choice of dressings, raw falafels burgers topped with bruschetta, coleslaw and raw carrot cake followed by a fruit bar
7:30 A talk by Ellen Livingston( Raw Spirituality: Navigating a Beautiful Awakening.​ Find out the #1 reason why so many people fall off the wagon, and how you can welcome a sustainable life-long path for yourself, and reap the highest most wondrous benefits.) or Ear massage and ear seeding workshop with Lisa Wong

8:30am Yard games outside the harvest house or a workout with Doug Graham
9:30am Breakfast: Fruit bar , fresh juice and chia pudding with berries.
10:30am A food demo with Shari Leiterman ( raw burgers and a low fat salad) or a hammock forest meditation with Ellen Livingston (Relax, let go, unwind and restore as Ellen takes you on a unique guided meditation journey to help you connect with the bliss of your natural divine essence. This experience will include some gentle movement.)
11:30am A talk by Mike and Denise Young on Achieving health span and longevity with Raw Vegan healthy food or a talk Marina
1pm Lunch: Salad bar with your choice of dressing, pasta bar, cauliflower bbq bites and fresh fruit
2:30 pm Head to the beach for surf lessons , swimming (with cut up fruits )
6pm Dinner: Salad Bar with your choice of dressings, Raw taco bar, and raw Mexican burgers followed by banana cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit.
7:45pm A talk from Dr. Doug Graham
9:00pm Gather around the fire pit for raw juice and live guitar

2:30pm-4:00pm Mingling with all the speakers and friends you will have made before final send off, yard games and receive your to go juice, fruit cups and goody bags!
Please note
The pool, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge and gym will be open daily 7 am-10 pm.
Kids club will be open from 10 am-12 pm and 2-6 pm and 7:30-9:30 pm for your convenience.
Waldorf style activities and snacks will be provided!
